State budgetary institution of health care «Children’s City Polyclinic №11 of the Moscow City Healthcare Department» (DGP 11 DZM) is a multidisciplinary and diagnostic centre providing specialised and high-tech medical care for children.

The structure of the clinic includes:

• department of pediatric surgery;
• department of radiation diagnostics;
• department of medical prevention;
• department of medical rehabilitation;
• department of neurology;
• department for the provision of paid medical services;
• department of ultrasound diagnostics;
• department of functional diagnostics;
• ENT department;
• ophthalmology department;
• physiotherapy department;

DGP 11 DZM provides medical care to patients with OMI (Obligatory Medical Insurance) or on a commercial basis.

Healthcare coverage for foreigners

DGP 11 DZM provides medical assistance to foreigners temporarily staying or permanently residing in Russia in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 06.03.2016 N 186 "To approve the rules of providing medical care to foreign citizens in the Russian Federation".

Emergency medical care is provided free of charge in all divisions of the clinic until the threat to the patient’s life is eliminated and his/her state is stabilized.

OBLIGATORY MEDICAL INSURANCE (OMI)

If a patient has an OMI policy

Planned medical care in the hospital is provided free of charge in all divisions of the clinic only to patients who are insured under OMI (upon presentation of an OMI policy or health insurance card).

Planned outpatient medical care for foreign citizens insured under OMI system is provided free of charge after they have been registered at the clinic.

If a patient does not have an OMI policy

Emergency medical care in case of sudden acute conditions and exacerbation of chronic diseases is provided to foreign citizens free of charge until the threat to the patient’s life is eliminated and his/her state is stabilized.

Planned medical assistance to foreign citizens who are not insured under the OMI system is provided in accordance with voluntary healthcare insurance (VHI) contracts or on a fee basis under contracts on the provision of paid  medical services.
